• Regular Submission Deadline: September 15^th, 2015
• Extended Submission Deadline: October 10^th, 2015
• Decision notifications sent to authors: August 31^st, 2015 (early submissions), October 15^th, 2015 (regular submissions)
• Conference Fee Payment Deadline: November 15^th, 2015

*Early submissions may benefit authors requiring early decision notification for funding or visa purposes

Details of Activities & Relevant Dates

Jan. 6^th, 2016: Registration at Nürtingen-Geislingen University starting at 3:30 PM. Campus / city tour (4 PM), and Cocktail Reception at 6 PM.
Jan. 7^th & Jan. 8^th, 2016: All day presentations, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and cultural activity.
Jan. 9^th, 2016: IBEC 2017 mid-morning planning committee meeting & organized tour. Organized tour (January 9th) may include a visit to the Museums in Stuttgart city center and other activities. These activities are optional and will include extra cost for participants. Additional information will be provided as the conference approaches.
