IBEC 2012: Payment Instructions and Payment Form
US$390 per Registrant presenting a Paper at IBEC; LATE Registration [including on-site] US$450. This fee covers Welcome Reception [Thursday], daily Breakfast and AM/PM Coffee Breaks, Award Luncheon [Friday], any other Conference-sponsored cultural events, and all Conference supplies, Program brochure, and Proceedings CD-ROM.
US$250 per Student Registrant presenting a Paper at IBEC; LATE Registration [including on-site] US$250. This fee covers Welcome Reception [Thursday], daily Breakfast and AM/PM Coffee Breaks, Award Luncheon [Friday], and all Conference supplies, Program brochure, and Proceedings CD-ROM.
US$250 per Registrant presenting a Paper at IBEC, but has to personally present a paper at another conference being held concurrently in the area; LATE Registration [including on-site] US$290. This fee covers Welcome Reception [Thursday], daily Breakfast and AM/PM Coffee Breaks, Award Luncheon [Friday], and all Conference supplies, Program brochure, and Proceedings CD-ROM.
US$100 for an Observer / Friend / Guest / Co-author of one paper with no presentation duty to attend one-half of the Program venues; and US$160 to attend all venues[i.e., both halves listed below]. LATE Registration [including on-site] without penalty. This fee of $100 covers either [or $160 covers All]:
The 1st Half: The Welcome Reception [Thursday], Friday Breakfast and AM /PM Coffee Breaks, Sunday Breakfast, and all Conference supplies and Program brochure, and Proceedings CD-ROM; OR
The 2nd Half: The Award Luncheon [Friday], Friday PM Break, Saturday Breakfast and AM /PM Coffee Breaks, Sunday Breakfast, and all Conference supplies and Program brochure, and Proceedings CD-ROM.
US$40 per event for an Observer / Friend / Guest to attend the Welcome Reception [Thursday] or the Award Luncheon only. Conference Proceedings CD-ROM included. LATE Registration [including on-site] without penalty.

Payment Option A (preferred –please inform us which of these possibilities is your choice if you elect Option A)
We have several preferred METHODS OF PAYMENT that work well for IBEC:
- Personal check (in advance or on arrival at the conference) drawn on a US Bank.
- Cash on arrival at the conference (US Dollars only, please). Please inform us if this is your choice. We do NOT plan to accept Euros on-site at the conference.
- Traveler’s Checks (in US Dollars) in advance or on arrival at the conference. Please inform us if this is your choice.
- Bank certified check, money order, cashier’s check (again in US Dollars, either in advance or on arrival at the conference).
All funds to be in US Dollars. Sorry, we cannot accept VISA/Mastercard/Amex because of the administrative costs. Make your check, money order or bank certified check payable to:

Please EXPRESS MAIL (DHL, FEDX, UPS, etc.) the payment check [under Method 1, 3, or 4 above] along with Conference Registration Form to:
