Conference Proceedings from IBEC 2023 are available online in a specific section.
IBEC invites the submission of proposals for its 21st annual research conference to be held online and hosted by Tennessee State University. The objective of IBEC is to provide a forum for intellectual discussion among scholars and practitioners. We seek to provide a platform to analyze the strategic challenges faced by firms, educators, governments, and other institutions in the global arena. The executive committee strives to return in full strength to an in-person conference, which will provide rich, lively, and well-attended academic discussion outside the United States in 2024.
The Program Committee invites full papers or extended abstracts for theoretical, empirical papers and teaching case studies on these three special tracks: Banking & Finance, Management & Marketing, Accounting & Sustainability. We also invite proposals for panel discussions, workshops, and special sessions. Graduate and post-graduate students are strongly encouraged to present their papers at the conference, attend special sessions designed for students, and network with colleagues from all over the world. All attendees will receive certificates for participation.
Continuing with IBEC’s tradition of recognizing research excellence, awards are provided for outstanding conference papers and outstanding student papers. All complete finance-related papers presented at the IBEC 2023 conference will automatically be under editorial review for publication in June 2023 Issue of the Banking and Finance Review (BFR) unless submitting authors opt-out for this option.
