Step 1: Beijing Airport – Tianjin Tianhuan Passenger Station

For those landing in Beijing，take the direct bus from the airport to Tianjin Tianhuan Passenger Station. You can get information from airport staff about the coaches from Beijing airport to Tianjin. 80 RMB and about 2 hrs 30 minutes; this is easier than trying to transfer to high speed rail and takes about the same time.
Step 2: Tianjin Tianghuan Passenger Station – TJPU Hotel

After arriving at Tianjin Tianhuan Passenger Station, take a taxi and ask the driver to drive you to TJPU Hotel directly, about 30 RMB and 25 minutes to get to the TJPU Hotel. The hotel is located at Eastern Section of the campus. Please show the following message in Chinese to the driver (in the attachment below): “Please drive us to the eastern gate of TJPU, No.300 Binshui West Road, Xiqing District, the hotel is on the right of the gate.”

Take a taxi and ask the driver to drive you to TJPU Hotel directly, about RMB100, and 50 minutes. Please show the following message in Chinese to the driver (in the attachment below): “Please drive us to the eastern gate of TJPU, No.300 Binshui West Road, Xiqing District, the hotel is on the right of the gate.”

Step 1: Shanghai Hongqiao Airport – Tianjin Binhai Airport

Book your air ticket from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Tianjin Binhai Airport in advance according to you schedule.
Step 2: Tianjin Binhai Airport – TJPU Hotel
天津滨海机场 – 天津工业大学
After arriving at Tianjin Binhai Airport, Take a taxi and ask the driver to drive you to TJPU Hotel directly, about RMB100, and 50 minutes. Please show the following message in Chinese to the driver (in the attachment below): “Please drive us to the eastern gate of TJPU, No.300 Binshui West Road, Xiqing District, the hotel is on the right of the gate.”

After arriving at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, buy ticket at RMB512 at the ticket office. Please show the following message in Chinese to the booking clerk (in the attachment below):
“One high speed rail ticket to Tianjin, please” (Note: The clerk in the booking office can speak English.)

Step 2: Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station – Tianjin Railway Station

The high speed rail to Tianjin takes about 5 hours.
Step 3: Tianjin Railway Station – TJPU Hotel
天津火车站 – 天津工业大学
Upon you have arrived at the Tianjin Railway Station, take a taxi and ask the driver to drive you to TJPU Hotel directly, about 40 RMB and 25 minutes to get to the TJPU Hotel. The hotel is located at Eastern Section of the campus. Please show the following message in Chinese to the driver (in the attachment below): “Please drive us to the eastern gate of TJPU, No.300 Binshui West Road, Xiqing
