If shifting between documents, presenters are encouraged to use the \u201cnew share\u201d capability displayed on the drop-down list.<\/p>\n<p>Each session will have a session chair and a host. The Chair will maintain the order and timing of the session; the Host will manage the entry and mute capabilities of the session.<\/p>\n<p>Most often during in-person sessions of the past, although IBEC suggests questions at the end of a presentation, questions often occur during a presentation as well.
