\nExtended abstracts: <\/strong>A submission should explicitly contain<\/strong>: 1. Background & Problem Statement; 2. Objectives; 3. Methods \/ Procedures; and 4. [Expected or Preliminary] Results (reference section should be included). Extended abstracts with no more than 3 pages are preferred.
\nComplete papers: <\/strong>No specific structure is required for complete papers. We strongly recommend complete papers not to exceed 12 pages (Tables and Figures included).\u00a0Formatting guidelines for either extended abstracts or complete papers in MS Word format are provided<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0LaTex proceedings template is also available<\/a> \u00a0(\u00a9 Manuel Kleinknecht).<\/p>\n
Proposals should be written in English. <\/strong>Submissions will be peer reviewed, acceptance being based on quality and relevance.\u00a0Decision notifications will be sent to authors by August 31<\/strong>st<\/sup> (for early submissions) and October\u00a015<\/strong>th<\/sup> (for regular submissions).<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Authors of accepted proposals <\/strong>will have up to 30 minutes (Q&A included) to present their topic in the conference.<\/p>\n Graduate students are encouraged to submit their research work. Theses or dissertations will NOT be accepted as submissions, though papers \/ manuscripts \/ studies based upon dissertations which are now being prepared for submissions to peer reviewed journals will be considered. Students should submit their work either as an extended abstract or a complete paper. A special discount applies for students (refer to conference fee structure).\u00a0Proposals should be submitted via the conference web site: http:\/\/www.ibecinfo.org\/2016\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n To submit, you also need to \u201cRegister for IBEC 2016\u201d on the website. If you do not hear from IBEC after two days, contact the editor-in-chief or any of the editors.<\/p>\n Accepted papers and cases presented\u00a0in the conference will be published, at the discretion of authors, in the conference proceedings with the U.S. Library of Congress, ISSN 1537-2316. Authors retain copyright of their Best paper awards will be given to competitive papers upon the recommendation of Editors. Around five\u00a0best paper awards \u2013 best in several disciplines \u2013 are given every year.<\/p>\n Outstanding Award Papers may be considered for publication in a journal. Award\u00a0papers from IBEC China 2014 were published in the Journal of International Business\u00a0and Economy (JIBE) www.i-jibe.org\/, ISSN\u00a01527-8603. Vol 15(1) Summer 2014.
